About Coaching

Coaching is a guided process that helps you uncover, hone, and use your individual strengths. The ADHD brain has definite superpowers, but to use it you must understand it. Coaching helps you untangle, identify, understand, and amplify these brainy assets, so that you can work with your brain instead of against it.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
